Looking for an *Executive Assistant to the CEO.
*Qualification* – Any Graduate
*Annual CTC* – 4-5 LPA
*Job Roles & Responsibility*
• Providing administrative support to the CEO. Additionally, shall be responsible for collating, verifying, and analyzing the organizational data flowing from various functions / HODs & presenting the same in the required manner to the CEO / HODs as and when required.
• Prepare various kinds of reports, documents, presentations, letters, emails, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes as per requirements.
• Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Updating MIS & reporting same to the CEO & Top management on a regular basis.
• Manage schedules, appointment requests, and a high volume of calendar meetings and events in the CEO’s office.
• Assist CEO in researching and following up with the action on matters – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
• Organise meetings and ensure that the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and post-minutes of meetings.
*Must have*
• Total experience of 2 – 4 years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Should be able to network strongly within/outside the organisation.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as per the requirement
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & Internet.
