Eligibility Criteria
- Project Research Scientist – I: Post-graduate degree with PhD in Biological Sciences or a biomedical-relevant subject. Desirable: at least 2 publications in indexed journals, clinical research or data management experience, and computer and statistical software skills.
- Project Technical Support – II: Either (a) 12th in Science with a Diploma (MLT/DMLT) and 5 years’ relevant experience, or (b) a 3-year graduate degree in Biological Science with 2 years of medical laboratory experience. Desirable: clinical research or data management experience, MS Office skills, and sample collection and processing experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years, with relaxation for SC/ST, OBC and PwBD as per rules.
Contract Duration
The initial appointment is for 3 months. It can be extended up to 12 months or till the end of the project, depending on performance, funding and continuation of the scheme.
Selection Process
- Project Research Scientist – I: Interview only. A written test may be held if eligible candidates are more than 30.
- Project Technical Support – II: Written MCQ or skill test, then an interview for up to 6 top candidates per post. Weightage is 80% written test and 20% interview.
No TA/DA is paid. The application fee is not mentioned in the notification.
