Fabrication industry of Boilers manufacturing and its equipment.

Job description 

·         Pre-Production meeting, scope of work. Fixing the man power/contractor. Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all shop floor activities.

·         Utilization of all the available resources such as manpower, machineries, materials & place. Meet the customer requirements for deliveries & Quality product.

·         Organize work schedules, entrusted all jobs were done on timely basis.

·         Responsible for all Pre & Post fabrication activities i.e. marking & cutting on plates, L-seam & C-seam set-up, forming of shells and cones. Final assembly & nozzle fitment, leg or skirt or saddle fitment, final touch up, final dimensional measurement, Hydro test or Pneumatic test, required polishing, dispatch work.

Coordinating between shifts, work-station, QA/QC, Design, PPC, Projects to make delivery on time without interruption in Production,  Dealing with welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW,etc. used in Fabrication of process equipment.

 Quarterly, Monthly & weekly planning, activity planning, material planning, delivery planning of equipments.
