Work Profile :-
- Day to day Inst maintenance of copper plant which includes maintenance of ball mill.
- Should understand MTBF/MTTR.
- Breakdown analysis techniques.
- CBM Techniques.
- Should be conversant with safety standards either with DuPont.
- TPM/ any other reputed safety system, should understand concept of leading & lagging indicators.
- Exposure to reliability/TPM/RCM/Business excellence/ asset optimisation will be beneficial.
- Exposure to working in hazardous chemical atmosphere especially caustic soda will be added advantage.
- Handling all critical issues related to plant operation and resolving in minimum time.
- Condition monitoring of VFDs, PLC, LT Motors, Switchgears and auxiliaries equipment.
- Handling Blackouts and furious equipment trips.
- Coordination with Other departments for various maintenance / troubleshooting activities.
- Ensuring all maintenance & trouble shooting is carried out abiding group safety rules & procedures.
